The Temasco Alumni Assoc. provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you become an alumni member you can access the enhanced community building tools within this website but you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Our new upgraded directory is designed to:
• strengthen our Temasco alumni network
• improve communication among alumni and keep them connected
• provide an important resource for Temasco students, staff and faculty to view employment information for mentoring and networking purposes. By logging in to the Temasco Online Alumni Directory, you accept to abide by the Proper Usage Policy stated below
Proper Usage Policy
The Directory information is to be used with care and respect for the privacy of fellow alumni. Use of this directory for any other purpose including, but not limited to, reproducing and storing in a retrieval system by any means, electronic or mechanical, photocopying or use of the addresses or other information is strictly prohibited.
Appropriate uses of Directory information include, but are not limited to:
• Contacting individual alumni regarding career advice
• Connecting with alumni in a given city
• Reconnecting with former classmates
Inappropriate uses of Directory information include, but are not limited to:
• Surveying alumni without the consent of Alumni Executive Secretary
• Using alumni contact information in any form to promote a business or company
• Divulging alumni contact information to third parties outside the Temasco community without explicit authorization
• Sending mass emails to alumni
The Tema Secondary School Alumni reserves the right to determine what constitutes appropriate usage. Temasco has a strict policy governing the responsible use of technological resources. All users are subject to these guidelines. Confirmation of inappropriate use of Temasco technology resources may result in termination of access, disciplinary review, expulsion, termination of employment, legal action, or other disciplinary action.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit the Temasco Alumni Assoc. website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
